A 45 minute ferry ride from Playa del Carmen, the island of Cozumel is a diver’s and snorkeler’s paradise. The reef surrounding this tropical island is a real underwater aquarium and makes for some of the most amazing underwater exploration. Visitors can reach Cozumel by flying to Cancun and then taking the ferry over or by flying directly into the Cozumel airport.
